The DeFoor Report (defoorreport.com) is published by DeFoor Innovations. By using the site, its news feed, or the DeFoor Report connector in an AI app (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini), you agree to these terms. Last updated October 13, 2026.

What the Report is

The Report is a ranked index of AI news. It shows headlines, short summaries and links to stories published by other news sites and writers, plus stories the DeFoor Report writes itself.

Headlines and articles belong to their publishers

Headlines, articles, photos and other material from other publishers belong to them. The Report links to the original article and names its publisher; for the full story, go to the publisher. Summaries are written by the DeFoor Report from each story's opening lines and are not the publisher's words. Don't copy, republish or present a publisher's article as your own, or as the DeFoor Report's.

The Report's own content

The design, the rankings, the summaries, the Report's own stories and graphics belong to DeFoor Innovations. You may share links to them and quote short parts with credit to the DeFoor Report. Ask us before reusing more than that: contact us.

Your account and the AI connector

You can sign in with your email to save stories, follow topics and connect AI apps. You are responsible for what is done with your sign-in. When you connect an AI app, it can act for you only within the Report: read the news, save and remove your saved stories, follow topics and show your Just for you feed. You can disconnect every AI app at any time on Just for you. What we keep is described in our privacy policy.

Fair use of the service

Use the site, feed and connector for reading and following the news. Don't try to get around the daily limits, overload the service, scrape it in bulk, reach other people's information, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit, pause or close access that does.

No guarantees

The Report is provided as is. News changes quickly, and summaries are short and may leave things out; check the original article before you rely on a story. We don't promise the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, DeFoor Innovations is not liable for losses that come from using the Report.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the Report after a change means you accept the new terms.
